Welcome to the ArtCreate.ai platform. This guide outlines the essential steps to configure your workspace, understand our credit economy, and execute your first professional generation workflow.
1. Account Configuration
Registration
- Navigate to the Sign Up portal.
- Authenticate securely using Google OAuth or email/password credentials.
- Upon initial registration, a Starter Tier allocation of free credits is assigned to your account for platform evaluation.
Dashboard Overview
The user dashboard is your command center, divided into three key areas:
- Generation Suite: Direct access to Video, Image, and Audio tools via the sidebar.
- Asset Library: A centralized repository of your generated history, categorized by media type.
- Credit Monitor: Real-time display of your remaining computational resources.
2. Understanding the Credit Economy
ArtCreate.ai utilizes a unified currency called Credits. Computationally intensive tasks consume more credits.

Note: Costs are dynamic and displayed in real-time before you click "Generate".
3. Execution Workflow
All generators on ArtCreate.ai follow a standardized three-stage workflow to ensure consistency and ease of use.
Stage 1: Parameter Definition
- Model Selection: Choose the specific AI architecture (e.g., Veo 3.1 for photorealism, Sora for creative motion).
- Visual Settings: Define rigid parameters such as Aspect Ratio (16:9, 9:16), Resolution, and Duration.
Stage 2: Prompt Engineering
This is the most critical step. Input your creative intent via text or reference assets.
- Positive Prompt: detailed description of subject, lighting, camera angle, and style.
- Negative Prompt: Elements to exclude (e.g., "blur, distortion, low quality").
- Reference Input: Upload images or videos for Image-to-Video or Video-to-Video workflows.
Stage 3: Inference & Retrieval
- Execute the task by clicking Generate.
- The task is queued and processed in our cloud GPU cluster.
- Asynchronous Processing: You can navigate away; the content will appear in your "History" or "My Activity" tab upon completion.
4. Asset Management
Download & Export
- All assets are generated in industry-standard formats (MP4, PNG, MP3).
- Use the Download action for local storage.
- Note: Generated assets are stored on our servers for a limited retention period. We recommend downloading critical assets immediately.
Licensing
- Free Tier Results: For personal, non-commercial use / Evaluation.
- Paid/Credit Pack Results: Full commercial ownership. You own the IP of the generated content.
